A Proven Lifestyle Change and Diet Plan You Can Trust.
Ideal Protein Weight Loss in Fort Myers
Are you looking for a proven lifestyle and diet change that you can trust? If so, Fort Myers Chiropractor, Dr. Rob Watkins, is offering a new physician-supervised weight loss program. Dr. Watkins, his family, and other members of his clinical staff and patients have been using the program with great success. The nutritionally balanced weight loss program is a medically designed protocol that results in fat loss while sparing muscle mass. The protocol is an easy 4-phase protocol which helps stabilize the pancreas and blood sugar levels while burning fat and maintaining muscle and other lean tissue. It is also an excellent support for cellulite reduction and has been used in well over 2500 professional establishments in North America over the last eight years with great success.
The program begins with a workshop which explains the science behind the program and offers an opportunity for questions to be asked and answered and for sampling of some of the foods offered. Prior to starting the diet, Dr. Watkins personally reviews each person’s health profile to make sure there are no contraindications beginning the program. He also communicates with the dieter’s personal physician as requested and/or needed. Once the patient begins the protocol, they come in for weekly one-on-one weigh-ins and meetings with the
weight loss coach.
The first phase of the program starts with two meals and a snack from the more than 50 different meal and snack options offered, along
with vegetables and salad, plus a self-prepared meal of meat or fish. Once 100% of the weight loss goal is reached, more food is added and gradually reintroduced. After transitioning back to regular meals, the program provides on-going education to help participants maintain their weight loss. There are alternate plans available for those that suffer with certain medical conditions and adolescents. There are no appetite suppressants or medications given; only vitamin supplements that goes along with the protocol. The pre-packaged meals require little or no preparation. For more information about this program or to sign up for one of our workshops, please contact Dr. Watkins’ office at (239) 590-9555.
