2 egg whites whisked<br />
4 whole green peppers<br />
4 cups red peppers chopped<br />
2 cups green onions thinly sliced<br />
1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced<br />
2 cloves garlic minced<br />
1 tablespoon sesame oil<br />
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce</p>
<p>Cut the top off of each whole pepper, remove seeds. Place peppers in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.<br />
Heat pan and add sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger root. mix for 30 seconds. Add chopped peppers and green onions and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add shicken and remianing ingrediants. Combine well.<br />
Spoon 3/4 cup of this mixture into each reserved pepper. Surround the peppers with the rest of the stuffing. Cover and bake in a 350-degrees oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. </p>

<p>3 large zucchini</p>
<p>¼ ts. Allspice</p>
<p>Cinnamon</p>
<p>Walden Farms Apple Butter</p>
<p>Walden Farms Caramel Syrup</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Peel and cut a zucchini lengthwise.  Cut it crosswise into ‘apple slices’.  Seed if needed on larger zucchinis.</p>
<p>Put in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice</p>
<p>Stir in several spoonfuls of Walden Farms Apple Butter, and allspice.</p>
<p>Mix and spread out in dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with Walden caramel syrup if you like.</p>
<p>Bake in oven at 350* for up to 40 minutes or until ‘apples’ are at desired tenderness.</p>
<p>You might want to let it sit a bit to let the juices thicken.</p>

<p>There is 1.7g of carbs per serving which come from the tomato paste &#8211; since the only ingredient is tomatoes and it is an allowable occasional vegetable&#8230; just use in moderation!</p>
